Post-Natal Project
Our unique physio-led project for post-pregnancy to empower women in safely pursuing and achieving physical well-being and fitness again.
After pregnancy, it is perfectly understandable to feel demotivated, cautious or apprehensive towards returning to exercise due to the dramatic physical and hormonal changes experienced or, for some, having limited understanding in what can or cannot be done.

Let’s embark on this recovery journey together. Our priority is to support you in achieving YOUR GOALS post-pregnancy and safely target your issues with a treatment plan that is specific, measurable and realistic. Your physiotherapist will be with you from Day-1, incorporating appropriate treatment techniques and exercises specific to your concerns.
Here’s where we’re different:
In this project, our rehabilitative Yoga instructor or Fitness Trainer will also be involved in your recovery journey!
Having unique access to both your physiotherapist and yoga/fitness trainer under-one-roof, you can expect seamless communication between them so that they can combine their expertise and formulate the best recovery plan for you!
When can I start?
If you have no other medical complications, you may start this programme with us from 6 weeks post-natal. However, we would require you to get clearance from your doctor prior to starting this programme with us.
