Yen graduated with first-class honours in BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy, as well as distinction in MSc Trauma & Orthopaedics from the University of Salford, Manchester (UK). Aside from being a certified APPI Pilates Matwork Instructor, she is also a certified ITEC Sports Massage Practitioner.


Yen has worked in several hospitals and private clinics in the UK and Singapore. She holds a wealth of experience and credibility in managing a diverse range of clients - both recreational and competitive athletes - for sports injury rehabilitation/prevention, trauma & Orthopaedic conditions (pre/post-operative/conservative management) and sports performance training.


Yen also underwent clinical Pilates teacher training and was certified by the APPI while she was in the UK, where she first began teaching Physio-Pilates to a wide range of clients including professional UK youth footballers. Over the years, she has garnered a profound interest in using her expertise in clinical Pilates to restore or enhance core strength and lumbo-pelvic stability in clients of all ages and athletic abilities, as well as women in ante/post-natal care.

Pei graduated with honours in Physiotherapy from the Trinity College Dublin, Ireland (UK), and a distinction in MSc Sports Physiotherapy from the University of Otago (NZ). She is also a certified APPI Pilates Matwork Instructor and is trained in dry needling.


Pei has worked in various public and private clinics in NZ and Singapore for more than 9 years. She has experience working with rugby teams and competitive athletes in NZ. Over the years, Pei amassed valuable clinical experience managing clients with a wide spectrum of orthopaedic and sports conditions - effectively returning them to better function regardless of age, needs and fitness profiles.


Pei values quality in mobility and is most passionate about getting people back on their feet through a thorough physical assessment, manual therapy and carefully tailored movements and exercises. Pei has a special interest in functional movement and clinical Pilates and utilises her skillset in those areas to help fine-tune, restore and enhance mobility.

Olivia graduated with Bachelor (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Taiwan I-Shou University. She has since undergone extensive training and acquired valuable work experience in both hospital and private practice settings, treating a wide population of clients with musculoskeletal conditions, including pain management, post-surgical rehabilitation, critical care and neuro-geriatric rehabilitation among others. She is also a STOTT Pilates instructor trained in Matwork, Reformer and Intensive Cadillac Chair and Barrel (ICCB).


Olivia combines her physiotherapy knowledge and STOTT Pilates training to create effective treatment plans for her clients. Furthermore, she is a certified GEMT dry needling therapist and integrates her skills with other treatment techniques such as manual therapy and exercise therapy.


Olivia's synergistic approach using her range of complementary skills has been highly beneficial in reducing recovery periods and enhancing strength, stability, alignment and mobility in her clients through the years.

Yujie has trained people from vastly different backgrounds in terms of age, fitness levels and body capabilities. She works closely with them to achieve their personal goals which range from fat loss, upgrading strength levels, to improving all-round functional movement and overall health. She gains fulfilment from seeing her trainees change their mindsets and lifestyles positively, as well as watching them grow in confidence as their movements improve. Yujie believes in that being able to exercise is a privilege and gift not to be wasted. She also enjoys staying active in any way possible - be it through trekking or tennis or grinding out a workout in a gym - and hopes her trainees will be able to find the same joy.
